Your time is valuable and so is mine. I promise to honour our appointments and be on time.
I expect that you will also make the same commitment, because it is really a commitment to you and to your growth.
And this is why all sessions must be prepaid in full prior to the start of the session.
When you book an appointment with me, I commit to having the time available to serve you. This affects how many clients I book throughout the day. For that reason, I do not offer refunds, nor do I apply the prepaid session fee to a new session.
If you do not show up for a free Discovery Session, there is no guarantee I will offer you another free session.
If you have to Cancel or Reschedule
Life happens and you may have to cancel or reschedule a session, and you can do that within the email confirmation (and subsequent reminder) issued by our booking system SimplyBook.
There is no fee for cancelling or rescheduling if you do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your session.
For cancellations made within 24 hours, or for no-shows, your prepaid fee is applied to your missed session.
